Door Panel:
1) The door panel adopts full-automatic production line imported from Kraussmaffei of Germany, and fluorine-free polyurethane door panel is formed by one-time constant temperature continuous foaming. The polyurethane inside the door panel has good adhesion with the surface surface steel plate, thus with good thermal insulation ( thermal insulation coefficient K≤0.5W/㎡℃), foaming without air hole, foaming density ≥45kg/m³, and the working temperature range meets -20℃ ~90 ℃. Thermal conductivity k-value: 0.5Watt/(㎡×℃).
2) The inner and outer panel made of 0.5mm thick Bao-steel galvanized steel plate, and the surface is treated with two layers of electrostatic polyester paint, the thickness of the paint is not less than 28 uM, it can resist long-term sunlight, rain and ultraviolet rays, and can ensure that it will not fade more than 15 years.
3) The overall thickness of the door panel is ≥42mm, and the height of the door panel is 500mm. The door panel is designed with pinch resistance function, and the fire rating is B1.
4) The standard color is White Gray RAL9010, Silver Gray RAL9006, other colors can be customized.
Door Motor System:
1) Electronic Limiting Motor, 380V/3P/50Hz or 220V/1P/50Hz, it can display the number of the door opening and fault code information.
2) MAYLINK Industrial door motor, with temperature sensitive relay motor protection and overload protection. The control box has up, down and emergency stop functions. The button switch is a low voltage power manual switch, which is safe and durable. With manual spocket, stable, safe, running speed of about 0.25m/s, and standard wireless remote contro, control distance is 100m.
Counterbalance System:
1) Precision-engineered by a computer program;
2) Torsion spring material is 60Si2Mn, oil-tempered spring wire;
3) Torsion spring by the special heat treatment and oil immersion antirust treatment;
4) Torsion spring providing a minimum 30,000 cycles.
Safety Device:
1) Broken cable safety device: ensure that the door body stops within 20cm when the steel wire rope breaks;
2) Broken torsion spring safety device: ensure that the door body stops within 20cm when the spring breaks;
3) Wireless safety airbag: rebound in resistance when the door body coming down, to protect the safety of people or goods.
Door Track:
380mm standard radius track, 2mm hot-dipped galvanized steel, C-profile anti-wind track.
Hardware:
Aluminum die casting End Stiles, abrasion proof Nylon 66 Roller, high-strength galvanized steel hinge, aviation dedicated galvanized steel rope.
Sealing:
1) Side sealing strip: the side sealing strip is installed on the track corner plate, after installation, it is closed to the door plate.
2) Bottom sealing strip: special bottom sealing strip for industrial door, which is full contact with the fixed ground and has good air tightness.
3) The top sealing strip of the industrial door discipline is sealed at the top. After installation, when the door body is closed, the sealing strip will be closed to the wall.
